Report help

Not sure where to start? Here's what to do in the first 72 hours after fraud.

1. Act fast

The sooner you report, the higher the chance of freezing or tracing funds. Contact your bank or exchange immediately if the transfer was recent.

2. Preserve evidence

Screenshot everything: chat logs, emails, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, phone numbers, URLs. Do not delete anything.

3. File locally first

If you're in the US, file at IC3.gov. In the UK, Action Fraud. In Canada, the CAFC. These reports strengthen your case with us.

4. Submit to Bit Safe Pouch

Once you have your evidence collected, submit it here. We handle the cross-jurisdictional coordination and keep you informed.
