Bit Safe Pouch provides case management and coordination services for victims of financial fraud. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Fees

Case submission is free. A success fee, agreed in writing before any recovery action, applies only if funds are recovered.

3. Your responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information. Submitting false information may result in case closure and referral to authorities.

4. Limitation of liability

We cannot guarantee recovery. Recovery depends on many factors outside our control, including counterparty cooperation and jurisdiction.

5. Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
